LOCUS is a student-run organization that organizes national technological festival (a three-day exhibition) every year at IOE, Central Campus. The event is a collaboration of students of Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering and Department of Electrical Engineering. Following the trend, this year LOCUS 2016 is organizing the 13th National Technological Festival on the 17th, 18th and 19th of Asaar.
The exhibition is targeted towards enhancing the quality of software, hardware and electrical projects and providing a platform for tech enthusiasts to showcase their ideas. It is a free event with no entry charge. Our aim is to engage the students in technology related activities througout the year and keep the dicusssion and presentation of new ideas going all year round.
With this intention, we are organizing various pre-events like Workshop on FOSS, Git, Crash course on robotics, Bachelors and +2 level quizzes, Olympiads, Talk programs, etc.
